I've been capturing the magic of weddings for over 12 years. In that time I’ve documented over 600 weddings, each one as unique as the couples whose story I tell. My love affair with photography began much earlier though, learning the art on a 35mm camera and processing the film in the high school darkroom. I've always been fascinated by the power an image has to freeze a moment, to tell a story, and to evoke emotions.
My style can best be described as candid, genuine, and unposed. I strive to encapsulate real moments as they organically unfold, putting all that raw emotion, unscripted beauty into an image that reflects who you both truly are. My ultimate goal? To provide you with a visual narrative where you recognise yourselves in every frame.
I'm not just your photographer; I'm your friend, cheerleader, and guide. Throughout the planning process, expect me to dish out helpful hints, tips, and advice, understanding how massive a task it is to plan your big day. On your wedding day, you will often find me being mistaken for a friend of the couple - a compliment that I quietly pride myself on.

Becoming a Dad revealed boundless love, reshaping my purpose
Aside from photography, I’m a dedicated Dad to my extraordinary daughter, Eden, who lights up my world and fascinates me daily with her creativity, imagination and passion for bugs.
My day hasn't properly started til I've had a strong oat latte, and I've gotta have music playing throughout the house whenever I"m home.
I grew up on a little hobby farm near Coffs Harbour, and spent every weekend playing beach cricket with my cousins until moving to Darwin when I was 11 - we were hit by a cyclone the day we arrived! The Top end was an interesting place to live, and before moving to Melbourne at 22 I'd been an apprentice chef, sound & lighting tech, retail manager and even a DJ!
I’m a bit of a Tesla nerd and geek out on automating everything in my home. If the sun’s out, chances are I’m either on my mountain bike or my motorbike, and if it’s raining I’ll probably be whipping something up in the kitchen, sometimes with Eden playing 2nd chef, and most likely involving dark chocolate.

Mental health resonates deeply with me due to its pervasive impact, touching the lives of nearly all of us or those we hold dear. The awareness of its significance is what drives me to actively engage in the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride annually, a collective effort alongside Movember to raise essential funds for the critical domains of men's mental health and prostate cancer research.
I firmly believe that acknowledging and supporting mental health is pivotal, as it not only contributes to our individual well-being but also shapes the communities we are part of. Participating in this movement allows me to be a part of the solution, working to create an environment where conversations about mental health are normalized, stigma is dismantled, and resources are readily accessible. Together, through initiatives like the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, we are fostering a landscape of compassion, understanding, and holistic well-being.
